Had a chance to hit the road again last week and catch another run of awesome shows from Seven Mary Three. Thanks to JRoss, Tommy, Casey, Mike and their manager Steve for the access and support of all my work so far! It was a series of great shows in Springfield, VA, Allentown, PA and Pittsburgh, PA. Also, check out the band Small Town Sleeper! They were the opening act on this run and a really great group! Bands include:

I got a rare and awesome opportunity to shoot the Seven Mary Three concert at the House of Blues Orlando. It was a really awesome show the day after Thanksgiving with new songs, rare oldies and the usual mixture of great Rock n' Roll! Thank you very much to Steve Balcom (Seven Mary Three's manager) for getting the credentials setup for me to attend and bring my photo gear into the venue. Bands include: - The New Lows
- The Battle Sigh (with Steven Foxbury)

Exciting stuff going on these days! After the 7M3 and Ambertone run in Ohio at the first of the month, I've spent some time over the last few days working with Ian from Ambertone to put together some new imagery for their MySpace site. If you haven't checked out Ambertone yet, you should head on over there right now and check it out. As an exclusive, I've put together an image that Ambertone fans can download and use as desktop wallpaper. You can only get these here! Ambertone and I are also now selling 8x10" prints of the band! They will have the prints all their shows, so when you make it to your next show, check it out. I am sure Ian and the rest of the gang will be happy to sign them for you!

Charlotte's Underground - 06/19/09 |

Despite a few hiccups along the way, I made it out to see Zoe Vette & the Revolvers again this weekend. This time at Charlotte's Underground. It was a good show, despite my issues with lighting and the band's issues with the sound. First time I've had a chance to photograph someone laying down a shower of sparks behind a band. Makes for some dynamic and exciting images. If you get a chance, try to catch Zoe Vette & the Revolvers. Their next show is July 2 at The Common Market in Charlotte. |

Went out to see Codename Cobra at Prevue again. Met Josh (drummer for Codename Cobra and my 8-5 coworker) and some other friends for dinner again at Revolution Pizza and Ale House (very yummy!). Took some photos of the last couple songs of Just Monroe's set and then a bunch of Codename Cobra and Zoe Vette & the Revolvers. ZVT was a cool band, lots of energy from the group and the crowd really liked them. Prevue moved their stage from the back to the front, and while I love the new view (mirrors behinds bands is very cool), the lighting in that joint needs... work. Very dark. Luckily I got some stuff to come out pretty decent. Bands include: - Just Monroe
- Codename Cobra
- Zoe Vette & the Revolvers
